  • Led global finance, workplace operations and human resource teams for Rover with operations in 8 countries across Europe.   

 

Experienced in Complex M&A: 

  • Led successful sale of drugstore.com to Walgreens for over $400M.

  • Led complicated divestiture and spin-off of major Rightside subsidiary before ultimately selling the rest of the company for over $210M.

  • Multiple acquisitions and divestitures of operating companies in both public and private company environment.

  • Created audit and compensation committee structures, processes and agendas for both private and public entities.

Capital Markets Experience:   

  • Led $125M fund raising round at Rover that valued the company at just under $1B. 

  • Secured $60M in term and revolving debt facilities at Rightside in uncertain times prior to leading its direct listing public offering.

    • Strategic Advisor September 2022 - December 2022 (4 months) Seattle, Washington, United States CFO October 2017 - September 2022 (5 years) Greater Seattle Area Successfully led Rover Group (NASDAQ: ROVR) through it’s SPAC Merger/ Go Public process in 2021. Responsible for the global strategy, finance, investor relations, facilities and human resource functions for the world’s largest online marketplace for pet sitting and walking services with ~$1B of GMV flowing through its global platform and operations in 10 countries.

  • Rightside
    • CFO January 2014 - July 2017 (3 years 7 months) Kirkland, WA Led direct listing spin-off from Demand Media into a stand-alone public company (NASDAQ: NAME). Responsible for all finance and accounting functions including strategic planning, tax, and investor relations, while also leading human resources, facilities and customer support. Completed a complicated divestiture of the company’s wholesale business in January 2017 before ultimately selling the rest of the company for over $210M.
